Shipping Infomation

We ship UPS and Priority Mail.

Insurance is required on all orders. Buyer pays all shipping,insurance,and handling charges.
We charge only $1.00 for handling charge and that is to help pay for at least part of all the bubble wrap we buy.
Insurance for UPS is free for orders under $100.00. Priority Mail charges $1.30 per $50.00. We are very careful in packing , however if your order is damaged you should contact us.

Priority Mail insurance Claims :
If you receive your package priority mail you should contact us if your package is damaged. We will send you the insurance claim ticket . You then have to take your package to your local post office to file a claim.

UPS Insurance Claims:
If you receive your package UPS and it is damaged you should call UPS to report a claim.

Orders are normally shipped same day of payment if we received payment by 2pm pacific standard time.Unless it is on Saturday or Sunday then it will go out on Monday.

We only ship within the Continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii.
